About this publication
The Cognisphere Manifesto defines an identity contract for a Cognitive Web: the Web distributes information faster than it helps people understand it. It states ten durable principles linking information, context, understanding, and agency—preserving authority and meaning, resolving context before adaptation, and making complexity an infrastructure responsibility rather than a user burden. It is an identity document, not a product roadmap.
